Once fermentation is finished, all the sugar will be transformed into alcohol.

• SUGAR NOT INCLUDED: You need to add 4 kg of granulated sugar. This will bring back to origin the well-balanced winemaking kit. Once fermentation is done all the sugar will be transformed into alcohol.​
• HOW IT WORKS: Step 1 - Add grape extraction, sugar (not included), water, evolution yeast to a 6 U.S. gal bucket. Step 2 - Transfer wine to carboy and add stabilizers, clarifier. Step 3 - Bottle the wine.
• IN THE BOX: The yeast, stabilizer, fining agent, 2L grape extraction are included. The sugar, oak, corks and bottle labels are NOT included. In 4 to 5 weeks, it will make about 30 bottles of 750 ml.​
