See attached file(s) Due to my comment being lengthy, I have attached a document. It describes by SORNA should be abolished and a sensible plan enacted, in order to give those released from prison a real chance to become productive citizens, without being harassed and discriminated against due to the obviously punishment intended acts of SORNA.
