Arrested for Internet stalking and threats but given child sex conviction

I was 21 or 22 when I committed the crime.  I had no record or prior convictions.  The victims were adults. I made threats to do sexual things to the victims. I made terroristic threats and I also made sexual comments about underage girls. I admitted that I received pics from a girl I didn’t know was underage.  I did not ask her to send the pictures.  She randomly sent them. I never downloaded the pictures. The only nude pictures I had were pictures of adult women.  The prosecutor lied and said I was looking at kids on websites which wasn’t true at all.  No child porn was found on my electronic devices. I was given an Adam Walsh conviction but charged with making threats.  The sex offender registry was not required for me. Prosecutors lie to get convictions.
