Too much injustice in our judicial system. My son was sentenced to two years and life time registration in 2025. He took a plea, as so many people do. The prosecutor dismissed the sex with a minor with his now wife of two years and he was charged for having a picture of his wife (19) (child pornography) on his cell when she was 17. And sending a picture of himself (harmful material to a minor). Their son of 20 days was removed from their care as well in 2024 because of his charges.
I feel that this is a cruel and unusual punishment for a loving couple this relationship has nothing to do with assault on a child as Marcy Hamilton speaks about in the debate video.
