Did you know that local courts have been prosecuting teens for consensual sexual contact with another teen? Sending them to prison and requiring them to register as a person who was convicted of a sexual offense! (Like a 17 year old, with a 15 year old) They have been prosecuting teens like this since the mid 90’s after the legislation was revised and the legislation wording was written “anyone” who has sexual contact with someone under the age of 18 without the use of force is guilty of a felony facing up to 20 years in prison. And teens who admit any sexual contact is susceptible to be prosecuted and sent to prison. And some Judges and district attorneys believes that this is okay!

It shows how he was in prison by the Wisconsin courts in 1999 for cruel hearts in an usual punishment. It goes into because he’s not in custody, he can’t appeal his case.
