Go fee in California

California has passed a new tiering law and more than 70% of people on the registry have a chance at possibly going free. I’ve been on the registry for 22 years now and I’m only 39 years old. But not everyone has the possibility of getting off. People with cases involving computers were placed in Tier 3. People with noncontact CP offenses or people busted in those how to catch a predator sting operations who had no real victim all got placed in Tier 3.

California is on the frontlines in this war with over 104,000 people forced to register. If people out there were to organize marches and protests I believe they could get a lot done. The problem with California is they have organizations that pretend to be trying to help when in actually they are fear mongering to keep people feeling hopeless and relying on their fake hope of abolishing the registry which they have no intentions of ‘actually doing’.

Organizations in California feed off registrant hopelessness just to make a few bucks and gain notoriety as big-time famous lawyers.
