My husband was charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor in Texas back in 2015 – due to a amendment in laws a portion of what he was charged with had been dropped – he holds an green card and an immigration case came out of this charge – he was detained in ice custody and because of this was unable to register. He was arrested again for failure to comply. – He has done everything asked of him to do up until this point and continues to do so. 12 am two days ago I received a call from my sister to look at Facebook, our neighborhood page, there was a neighbor asking residents to accidently run over my husband because he was a sex offender level one – my world just came crashing down – we have a 1 year old daughter – we had a small pest control company which we could not operate due to the circumstances – they left reviews of my husbands status on Facebook- I reported the post as inflicting violence -they denied it and blocked me from the page while this neighbor continued to talk about us in a violent horrible way doing everything he could and riling up other neighbors as well – what could I do ?
