Hi, I’m Troy. When I was a very young man I had sex with a young lady in high school, in west Virginia this is titled Third Degree Sexual Assault. In addition to a prison sentence this crime carries a mandatory period of fifty years Supervised Release. This supervision restricted me from dating, marriage and becoming a parent myself, I was even prohibited from attending a house of worship. I have since been incarcerated for violations of supervision without trial, or Due Process. Please know that no new crime were in question. I was released Friday, April 30th, and have served more than eleven years. The only good news I have is that I am now, miraculously, discharged from supervision which is all but unheard of here. I have lost everyone I knew and now have only my faith as I have converted to Hinduism. I am currently staying at a Boarding House and have only what little money I had earned while in prison.
