I was still in high school when I met my wife/victim she was 14 and I was 17 she accidentally got pregnant and gave birth to our first child at 15 and i was now 18 2 weeks after my kid was born I was contacted by 2 local police officers and they started asking me questions about me and my wife’s relationship.
After 2 hours of answering all their questions they told me I could go, about 2 weeks later I was contacted by them again this time they said we forward your case to the DA’s office and you’ve been put on calendar and charged with sex with minor under the age of 15.
I’ve been living in this wide awake nightmare every since and I have lost the will to live hopefully one day we all can go free because I don’t know how much more of this I can take
