Howard Nyberg was 19 years old when he was charged with the sex offence. He entered a plea of guilty/no-contest the day he was charged and served a 4 year sentence to prison. That was more than 21 years ago yet he will be on the registry for the rest of his life in constant fear of vigilantes, due to the unjust and unconstitutional registry laws.
The vigilante arsonist is of much greater danger to the public than this one time sex offender who is unlikely to ever offend again.
