- 1st task: determine additional tasks (to those stated below) & develop a timeline for completion of each.
- Finalize Speakers and breakout sessions; finalize topics for each
- Find an emcee for the conference and determine information to be covered
- Organize and finalize the timelines of the conference, hill visits, and vigil (not a protest)
- Schedule and finalize any Special Projects and Events, including any after-hour social gatherings at local establishments or in the hotel
- Recommended # of members: 2-3 or more
