Why don’t we all go into our local sheriff and get on the list with our family member?  We already are in danger so we might as well make the system crash under our weight.

I keep coming back to this and now I know why. I like the spirit of your message. Unfortunately, I do not think that persons not convicted of an offense should be listed with people who had been adjudicated of an offense (not necessarily guilty). The reason that I have this opinion is because the registry fails to do what it claims and adding more names only makes it worse.

I would support a list of people who are not adjudicated of an offense to be on a list of collateral damage. The kids without a mom or dad, the families uprooted and forced to sell their homes. I doubt I need to go on with that. With that list we march on our states capitol and in Washington in 2019 and show how much innocent people are hurt without any significant value in the registry system.

My next concern is just the fact that society, law enforcement, or any other entity is creating list. Where will the listing end up and will the listing ever stop.
