A year ago my ex-wife asked me for money. I refused. Then I was accused of doing something which I did not do and was subsequently arrested for it.
Now I am not rich and could not afford the bail money. I spent the next 6 months in jail being threatened with 54 years in prison. I was scared and took a deal that let me out right then and there. They didn’t inform me of all the stuff that I would have to deal with afterward. I can’t seem to find a job, I live in a homeless shelter, and my family although they tried are unable to help me with a place to stay due to the restrictions in place. I have more than 20 years of experience in customer service but can no longer do customer service jobs.
My life is in ruins and frankly most times I don’t know what to do anymore.
