I live in NJ. President's day my husband stayed home because he had no work and watched my grand daughter. Her friend who been coming over for a long time even with my other grand kid's came over to play! They love doing pranks on my husband recently her mother got her a I Phone so when she home alone in morning and afternoon's she came over and my grand daughter stated she said let's prank (my hubby) she stated no because she said call 911.
Well they played. My oldest daughter was in and out all day pretty much but collaborates some of what my grand daughter has witnessed.
The little girl states that my husband touched her over her clothes and when she looked over she saw his underwear so after my grand daughter came out of bathroom and proceeded to walk her brother down steps and over the gate at bottom to let him out to go home which he was caught on neighbor's camera and did and you hear my husband voice meanwhile the little girl in bathroom calling 911.
I don't know what to do. The little girl's father is a drunk and abuser for a long time. He got kicked out of next door by the owner and mother. He's been drinking again and harassing me. had put up a sign soon to be sex offender next door I filed harassment charges and go to court for all this June 28. Unfortunately I have no money for a lawyer because he just doesn't stop. Any information for me would be great appreciated. I know we are going to have to move. There are indictment charges yet. I am assuming they're waiting for my grand daughter's testimony. Which is on June 15th even if i go through with it.
