  • Tasks: 
    • Marketing this event – brainstorm strategies
    • Market and Procure sponsors for the event (at what cost to them, at what benefit to us)
    • Market and Procure Vendors (at what cost to them, at what benefit to us)
    • Printing – anything that needs to be printed (handout, maps, banners etc)
    • Gather packet information (programs, hand-outs, local maps, brochures, social event information, public transportation info????? etc.)
  • Recommended # of members: 3-5 or more
