I met this guy about 2 years ago, ended up falling head over heels for him. I did know he was going to be a registrant. I do have a minor son. He ended up getting charged with corruptions of minors which is a Tier 1 offense in PA. He is incarcerated currently and we are wondering if there might be a chance the judge will let him home plan with me and my child while he is on parole? He has the most support with us and is not a creep. This is the only thing on his record and I just want him to come home. He was accused of inappropriately touching a minor. He is not attracted to little kids. Has anyone else been through this where their home plan worked out? This is killing me worse than the sentence.
